Taylor's Next Generation 812ce Grand Concert is a compact acoustic–electric built for players who demand rich tone without compromise. The pairing of solid Indian rosewood back and sides with a Sitka spruce top delivers warmth across the frequency spectrum–clear trebles, full lows, and complex overtones that reward both fingerstyle and pick work. Scalloped V–Class bracing reinforces the low–end presence and natural resonance inherent to this tonewood combination, while a Venetian cutaway provides upper–fret access without sacrificing body volume.

The Action Control Neck system lets players adjust playing feel within seconds, eliminating trips to the workbench. Claria electronics handle amplification with intuitive tone shaping suited to live performance. The radius rosewood armrest reduces hand fatigue during extended sessions.
