Holiday Opening Hours & Repair Information

//   We re-open on FRIDAY 2nd JANUARY 2026

//   Online orders will be put aside for shipping or collection on 2nd January.

We would like to thank all of our customers for another amazing year - we love our Rock Inn community and are grateful that you choose us when looking for your perfect tone!

During our break we will periodically be checking our emails and replying to anything that urgently requires attention, but all orders placed in this period will begin to ship once we are back on Jan 2nd and the remaining emails will also be replied to then. 

For our interstate customers, the last day for placing orders to ensure delivery before Christmas will be Friday 12th Dec.

Repairs & setups over the Holiday season

You will be able to book in your repairs right up until Christmas Eve, however...

// Complex Repairs (splits, finishing, broken head stocks, re-fretting): Dave from Southwest Guitar Repairs has already made his last trip to Perth for the year, so more involved repairs (splits, finishing, broken head stocks, re fretting) can be booked but will not be looked at until January. 

// Guitar Restrings, Servicing & Setups: For servicing with Leigh (West Coast Guitar Repairs), if you need your guitar back before Christmas we recommend bringing it in ASAP. Anything booked in after Friday 19th Dec will likely not be completed until early Jan. As always, feel free to discuss your specific needs with Leigh and he will do what he can to make sure you get your guitar back to you when you need it.

Our in-house amp technician is now finished for the year and will resume repairs in January. You are welcome to contact EAV for amp repairs, but please beware long lead times do apply for this sort of repair.
