Pre-owned in very good condition for it's age, this Sears, Roebuck & Co "Roy Rogers" Guitar has all it's original 'Western Scene' painting intact along with the headstock art. This guitar was made in 1954-1958 by the Harmony Company of Chicago.

This guitar has been well looked after over the past 70 years with some small marks and dings as you'd expect on a guitar of this age. The frets show a very small amount of wear but much less than anticipated.

A very cool collectors piece!

"From the fall of 1954 through the spring of 1958, Sears offered the "Roy Rogers" guitar. This model was made for Sears by the Harmony Company of Chicago. It featured a Western scene, painted in brown and bright yellow, which depicted Roy Rogers playing guitar by a campfire and his horse Trigger standing in the background......... The body of the guitar was made of birch. A white stripe was painted around the soundhole and the top edges of the body which gave the look of binding and helped "set off" the guitar."
