Vintage Maton Supreme Electric EG240 Hollowbody, a vintage Australian made classic. This guitar dates to approximately 1960 with a serial number of 1370. It has been freshly setup and is playing well, the original Maton pickup also sounds great!

This guitar is in good, all original condition with the original pickguard and screws in stored inside the case.

This guitar is playing very well with a nice low action and straight neck, a nod to Maton build quality. There are obvious signs of wear and use including small scratches, lacquer wear/rubbing where the arm sits and some small dings on the back of the neck (as pictured). There is also a previous repair at the base of the neck (as pictured).

The frets show obvious wear but still have plenty of life left and are playing nicely. The first string machine head is also slight bent which doesn't effect it's functionality.

A very special vintage Maton ready to find it's new home. Comes with original hardshell case which is unfortunately in very poor condition.
