Here's a beautiful early 1970s Gibson in fantastic original conditio. This 1973 Gibson SG Standard is in all-original condition down to its Gibson Bigsby tailpiece and harmonica bridge.
This guitar has been very well looked after over the years, with very few marks or wear to speak of. It looks as if it was never 'gigged' and has been exceptionally well looked after. A rare find as the majority of these we see tend to be quite heavily played.
This SG has been freshly setup and is playing very nicely with a narrow 1 9/16" nut width. It has a factory Black Ebony fretboard which is a nice feature. Tones are provided by a pair of original T-Tops. All original pots and wiring.
Gibson serial numbers are notoriously vague in this era (the range for this guitars serial number is 1970-1975). However, the electronics are completely untouched, and it retains all four original pots - dated 1973.
A great find for the collector or player wanting a vintage Gibson in excellent condition. Comes with original hardshell case.
