Here is a very neat 1989 Gibson Les Paul Junior II in very good pre-owned condition! This guitar plays like a charm and delivers a wonderful tone out of the two original P90 pickups. The Heritage Cherry finish is very dark and resembles more of a Wine Red, very cool.

The Les Paul Junior II was a "Junior" in name only, as its design was actually a Les Paul Special, with two P90 soapbar pickups, instead of a single dogear P90. This model was produced for a single year and succeeded by the Les Paul Special. This is a very nice find for the Gibson Aficionado with a nice slim neck profile 10" radius rosewood fretboard and a hefty one-piece mahogany body.

There are signs of wear and age including some smaller marks and scratches with the most notable being some sticker residue/finish blemishes around the pickup selector and on the headstock. There is also some scratches on the back and side from use with a strap and some patina. With these signs of age aside, this guitar presents and plays very well.
