Here is another great vintage Gibson! This Melody Maker Double Cut features a sunburst finish and a nicely figured rosewood fretboard. This guitar is in very good condition for its age with some honest wear from the last 61 years.

This guitar has some lacquer chips, scratches and marks as pictured. There is also patina to the hardware and some fret wear/flattening from light use over the years. 

The single-coil bridge pickup sounds great in this guitar and it features a standard 24.75" scale length unlike earlier melody makers. Another benefit of this model is the compensated wraparound bridge.

A very cool vintage Gibson without the price tag of more popular models. Comes with original chipboard case.
