Super cool vintage Peavey T-60 Made in USA in 1979. This guitar is in good condition for it's age with a very hefty solid Ash body.
There are obvious signs of wear and use from the last 45 years including scratches, dings and some small lacquer chips (as pictured). One of the original knobs has also been replaced with a chrome dome style knob. The frets also feature a fair amount of wear indicative of this been a well played and loved instrument but still have plenty of life left.
This Peavey has it's original pickups which sound great, a solid Ash body weighing in at 4.3kg. A very cool piece of guitar history, Made in the USA.
"Made in the U.S. between 1978 and 1988, the Peavey T-60 was perhaps Peavey's most prominent solidbody guitar made during that era, and the first guitar the brand ever produced. Many believe the T-60 has been grievously overlooked when examining historically great guitars. Though it is heavy, like many Peavey products from this time period, players have found that the tones of these guitars are so unique that it more than makes up for the instrument's mass."
