Now here is something really special, an all original Gibson ES-330 dating to 1961 and in very good condition for its age! This one-owner guitar has been well looked after over the last 63 years and sounds phenomenal with the original Dogear P-90 pickups. 

This is a very special find for the collector as it is an original Australian import, coming with its original Stamford hardshell case too. This beautiful guitar also came in with a 1959 Gibson GA-80 also in great condition, please call us if you would like to keep these two amazing pieces together in one package!

This guitar has been well looked after and well played over its lifetime and does show signs of play wear. Acoustically the guitar is loud and everything you could dream of from a vintage hollow-body like this, and the original P90's sound fat and punchy.

There are small scratches and dings, the majority of which are on the back of the neck but are all in keeping with the general patina for a guitar of this age. There is also one small superficial ding on the headstock\neck which has seen an amateur repair (as pictured). The original frets show significant wear as does the rosewood fretboard whilst still playing very well. There is also one small permanent marker or paint mark above the bridge pickup. 

The truss rod is currently all the way off with the neck having a slight back-bow. The guitar is strung with 10-46 strings and plays well with no buzzing or dead spots when amplified, so it does not effect the playability of the instrument but is something to note.

All wear and marks are superficial with this guitar playing brilliantly and delivering a fantastic tone! All original, one-owner and with the original Stamford hardcase, a collectors dream.
