Pre-owned in very good condition, this 2021 Fender Japand Heritage '60s Stratocaster looks fantastic in that classic Sunburst finish with Mint pickguard configuration. This guitar is playing very nicely and is a great stratocaster for the aficionado or intermediate player alike.
There are signs of wear including some scratches on the body and a small amount of fret wear. Overall it presents very well.
This is one of the 2021 Fender Heritage Series models that were developed under the guidance of Mark Kendrick, one of the Fender Custom Shop’s founding master builders and the company’s current Director of Global Build Standards. Built with premium woods, nitro finishes and period-correct hardware, these are some of the best guitars Fender have made in recent times.
Features include an alder body with a nitrocellulose lacquer over urethane finish, thick “C” maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Pickups are a trio of Premium Vintage-Style 60s Strat single coils, and there’s also a six-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo, chrome die-cast tuners and nickel/chrome hardware.
