Here is a very cool 1972 Gibson EB-3 Bass Guitar in a Walnut finish. This bass is in very good condition for it's age and is playing well. This bass is in all original condition with the only exception being the 4-way rotary switch which has been professionally replaced.
This EB-3 features its original pickups which deliver a thumping low end from the neck/middle position 'Mudbucker'. The short scale adds to this tone and makes for great playability.
This bass shows some signs of wear and use from the last 52 years including some scratches, lacquer chips and some rubbing to the finish on the body and neck (as pictured). There is also patina to the hardware and some screw holes from previous strap buttons and bridge cover. The frets are in good condition for it's age with some flattening but no divots.
A very neat vintage Gibson Bass that delivers that characteristic EB low end. Comes with aftermarket hardshell case.
