Please take this description with a grain of salt, as I am just opening it up and looking at it and guessing, but i can see that the circuit is vero mounted, looks like it has a diode clipping stage, a single opamp (OPA2134PA), and i can see an extra bipolar capacitor which i'm assuming is a high/low pass filter. The workmanship is clean.
