This bass started its life finished in a Dakota Red but has received a refinish at some point in a Torino Red along with a neck refinish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original pickups date stamped to 1967 sound fantastic and it is playing very well with that classic Fender short-scale feel.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe original pots have been previously replaced (as pictured) but are included in the case. The machine heads and bridge are also original with an extra set of vintage Mustang Bass machine heads included in the case.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOther signs of wear include some screws near the bridge from wear a thumb-rest had been previously installed and a fair amount of fret wear.
