1960 spec Fender Custom Shop "Time Machine" series Stratocaster, in Aged Daphne Blue (which looks more like a deep Sonic Blue in this case).
2007 model. Very lightly used, and presents in near-new condition. No fretwear or other problems to speak of. Freshly set up - playing and sounding great!
The ageing on this example is quite light and tastefully done, giving the guitar a nice worn in feel, without being over-the-top.The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and the Fender Custom Shop 60's Stratocaster relic is a fitting addition to this legendary line.
A traditional Alder body is finished in the classic Daphne Blue, one of Fender's most iconic finishes, it's a real beauty! Authentically aged, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. The thin nitro finish also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively.
